Can I order with my credit card?
We accept MasterCard and VISA or you can snail mail a money order. Be assured ordering from our website is totally safe and secure.

Can you mail me a catalog?
Forever Blankets and Bears do not have a print catalog. Our website is your best guide for all the latest products, fabric styles and new designs. Please bookmark our site.

Can you personalize my baby blanket in less than 2 weeks?
Yes, we have a $20 RUSH Fee per personalized blanket and we will priority mail or express ship your RUSH blanket in 3 working days. Be sure to select the RUSH service and priority shipping when you place your order.

How do I care for my blanket?
We recommend a warm or cold water wash on a normal or gentle cycle without bleach. Tumble dry on a warm setting and if you'd like you can freshen it up with the iron on a low setting.

Can I add the date of birth onto a blanket?
If you want a date added to your baby blanket, enter the date into the comments area when ordering and we will add it to your blanket. There is an additional $10.00 charge.

Do you embroider the blanket before it is assembled?
Yes, we embroider one side before the blanket is assembled so the stitching will not show through on the underside and cause any irritation to babies' skin.

Are there fillings in your blanket?
Our baby blankets are lightweight and are made without any fillings or battings making them versatile for many applications like bundling a baby, cuddling a little one, covering a nursing mother, stroller and car seat covers or liners.

How long does it take to get a blanket customized?
Approximately, two weeks with the exception of the RUSH blankets which will take 3 days.

Do you offer personalized gifts?
Each item is tied in a satin ribbon, wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a brand new white box and for gifts we include a cute teddy bear gift card, free of charge. We keep it simple and cute. You can complete gift card in the order process.

Are your products returnable?
Forever Blankets and Bears will accept any unused or damaged product for return, if the item has not been personalized. We will not pay for the return of items and we will not accept returns 21 days after the purchase date. Please contact us if you have any questions.
